Yesterday the Spring sunshine bathed the sea with sunlight down here on The English Riviera in the County of Devon.  Went out to meet friends for a traditional cream tea, complete with home made scones, strawberry jam and lashings of golden clotted cream (blow the diet).  Which reminds me, must go over to nearby Riverford to stock up on their organic veggies and visit the waterfront Quayside at Brixham for locally caught fish.   Sunshine and superb food - my idea of heaven.

Taking a holiday ourselves we are at Waterside House for a week, while we are here we hope to see the air display by the Red Arrows. Waterside house is perfectly situated for this as the display takes place right over the top of the house so we get a birds eye view. If you fancy this you will need to book now for next year as we have not got around to our own plans yet so you can pip us to the post. Both the Waterside and Westwing is pure luxury and one you will keep wanting to come back to.
